What to Expect in our First Meeting

Our initial meeting is flexible and simple.  We can meet over Zoom, on a phone call, or at your favorite local coffee shop.  My intent during our intial time together is to get to know you and understand your unique needs to see if we are a fit to work together.  At the conclusion of this meeting we will choose a plan that pairs with your situation and I will provide you with next steps.

How to Begin

When dealing with food issues of any kind, it is often most helpful to establish a baseline of foods that are troublesome and those that are working.  This is most easily accomplished by tracking your food intake by using a food journal for at least a week.  This information will help steer our intial conversation and help me understand how best to help you, which plan to recommend and allow us both to see what is beneficial as you progress.
